Our customers know we are always very flexible in enforcing our limits and bending fixed rules in their favor, and we offer our affiliates the same flexibility. So feel free to send any questions to our support team!

Participation
Every WebOké customer can take part. Professional participants (such as comparison sites) sign up with their platform; we review these applications manually. WebOké may refuse or end participation without giving reasons.

Commission
You receive at most one commission per new customer you refer, on that customer's first paid order (last click, valid during the attribution window). The commission amount is the rate for the most expensive product in that order. The current amounts and periods are shown on your affiliate page and may be changed for future referrals.

No own use
Commission on orders placed by yourself, your household, your business(es) or accounts you manage yourself is not permitted. Discount schemes using second accounts count as misuse.

Waiting period and cancellation
Commission becomes final after the waiting period and lapses if the underlying order is refunded, credited or cancelled, or if misuse is established.

Payout
Payout is made by bank transfer once the threshold is reached, at your request. WebOké issues a credit note on your behalf (self-billing); you are responsible for any tax due on commissions received.

Promotion
You promote WebOké honestly and recognisably: no spam, no misleading claims, no trademark infringement (including advertising on the brand name "WebOké" or using confusingly similar domain names), and you disclose your affiliate relationship where the law requires it.

Fraud prevention and privacy
To prevent misuse, we process data for referrals and orders, including IP addresses and device characteristics (legitimate interest). See also our privacy statement.

Liability
Participation gives no right to the continuation of the programme; if it ends, final commissions above the threshold will still be paid out.
Frequently asked questions
When is my commission paid out?
A commission becomes final 45 days after the customer's payment. This waiting period reflects the cooling-off period we offer customers on orders. Once your final balance reaches at least 50 euro, you request a bank payout from your dashboard with one click.
What if someone orders later?
Your referral stays valid for 60 days after the click. If the visitor places their first order within that period, they count for you (last click wins).
How do I know my click was counted?
Every click on your referral link shows up immediately in the statistics and the chart on your dashboard.
What happens with a refund?
If the order is refunded, credited or cancelled, the related commission lapses.
I referred a customer, but they did not use my link
No problem! Send us the referred customer's email address via a support ticket, along with as much information as possible. We will then check whether the order still qualifies for commission.
Can anyone use this material?
Yes. There is nothing secret in it: these are our logos, public prices and a search box that is also on our own site. You only earn commission with an affiliate code.
What does my visitor see with the white label version?
A search box in your colours, without our logo or name. With "White label", your visitor arrives at WebOké to order after clicking Register. With "White label with your own link", the click goes to your own page and you handle the order.
I have a reseller plan. Can I sell domains under my own name?
Yes, with the version with your own link. Your visitor searches on your site, the button goes to your order page with the domain name included, and you then register the domain in your own account. With the markup, the search box shows your price right away.
Does the widget collect data about my visitors?
No. The search box uses no tracking or advertising cookies and does not follow your visitors. Only those who click Register come to our site and see our cookie choice there.
