Chapter 3 · 3.5
Logging in with Google
Do you use a Google account with the same email address as your WebOké account? Then you can also log in with Google. You won't need to type your WebOké password.
How it works
- Go to the login page, see Logging in to My WebOké.
- Below or, click Log in with Google (1).
- Choose your Google account and give permission.
- You'll return to WebOké. We'll still ask for the code by email or from your authenticator app, see The login code by email (two-step verification) and Using an authenticator app.

Why doesn't it work?
- Different email address: WebOké looks for an account with the email address of your Google account. If that's a different address from your login address at WebOké, we won't find your account. You'll then land on the page to create a new account. Don't create a second account, log in with your password instead. You can also change your login address to the address of your Google account, see Changing your login email address.
- Message Logging in with Google failed: try again, or log in with your email address and password.
Tip: even if you usually log in with Google, it's handy to have a password of your own. This way, you can always get in. See Setting, changing or forgetting your password.
